The men behind Sea Sea Marine have been working on boats for over 30 years, blooming from humble beginnings in Sydney's south.
Hailing from the Greek island of Chios, John found work on a commercial vessel at the ripe age of 16 to continue an extensive family tradition of seafaring, to begin what would be an extensive career around marine vessels.
Having settled in Sydney and raising two boys, John and his son Chris made the transition from car mechanics to birth Sea Sea Mobile Marine. Chris, a service manager at Ford, completed his second mechanical apprenticeship and began plying his trade as a mobile marine mechanic in greater Sydney. Chris settled as Sea Sea Marine in Botany, Sydney in 1995, and has plied his trade there ever since.
Chris' eldest son, Gabriel, has since left the corporate domain to work alongside his father. Gabriel is currently completing a Certificate III in Marine Mechanical Technology, prior to undertaking his Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology. Gabriel previously studied Commerce at the University of Sydney.
Sea Sea Marine completes projects backed by a wealth of knowledge, and a passion for outstanding work. The workshop has seen many of Chris' own boats over the years, from fishing vessels to family leisure-craft. Every single boat that has found itself in the workshop is treated as if it were Chris' own, as is backed by an extensive group of happy customers that have appreciated the "above and beyond" attitude throughout.
Sea Sea Marine provides honest, quality mechanical work for all in the boating community, regardless of size or application. Chris' stellar work has led him to complete projects across the country, while also being contracted overseas for emergency projects.
